What fills your cup? It’s International Coffee Day and tbh, there isn’t a day more made for Sam, Stacy, and Stachia. Therapists loooooooove coffee (almost as much as they do cardigans). Especially if it’s iced. ☕
We’re moving into that time of year when filling your cup is too easy to forget to do. Schedules are busy, the holidays are coming, and stress is adding up.
Stacy fills her cup by taking time to be creative. Sam likes going for walks with her dog. Stachia takes time to slow down and get fresh air.
