In-Person Appointment hours:
Monday- 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Wednesday- 4:30 pm to 7:30pm

Accessibility:
Our office is ADA compliant and can accommodate virtually any need. There is a large ramp to get into the building, an ADA compliant bathroom, and plenty of parking in the back of the building (including a van accessible spot!).

Service Dog:
Our Practice Manager has a service dog that is present at all times; the service dog is required to help her with a disability. If you have a fear of dogs, or you are allergic to dogs, please let us know before you arrive at our office so that we can make sure you do not come into contact with the service dog.
